Suggested Use:
The best time to take SAMe is on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before a meal for optimal absorption into the body. To support and promote joint health, mobility and joint comfort through regeneration of joint cartilage, take 1 tablet twice a day.
For optimal mood, emotional well-being and treatment of depression, take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the afternoon. Taking SAMe at bedtime may interfere with a good night's rest. Clinical studies indicate that benefits may be evident within one week of supplementation. If benefits are not achieved in two weeks, you may require a higher level of supplementation.
